Welcome to East Fannin Elementary School's Clinic!
If your child has a change in his or her health status, please let me know as soon as possible. It is very important for your child to receive the best care while at school and by keeping your child's nurse and teacher informed; you can help us provide that.
If your child will need to take medicine that cannot be given at home, remember that an adult must bring the medicine to the school in the original container with the child's name and dosage instructions on it and the appropriate form must be completed before we can administer it. This includes over the counter medicine as well as prescription medicine. Students are not allowed to transport medicine on the bus.
If your child has a doctor's visit, please provide the school with written doctor's instructions that may need to be followed while at school.
Please make sure the office has your current telephone number at all times. If your child has a medical concern or injury while at school, I may need to contact you.
